
VYPE got to sit down with Maize South athlete Braxton Bigley and learn more about
who he is.
VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?
A big goal I have for this year is to rush for 1500 yards, but the main goal is to make it to Pittsburg State in November.
VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
The most fun I’ve had in the past year is really just hanging out with my teammates and friends from football and baseball.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade, and why?
Ben Hamilton, because he’s just a legend.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Winning our first round playoff game my sophomore year at home.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?
Colin Shields and Owen Bailey were both great role models for me as an underclassman and I’m still friends with them today.
VYPE: What is your favorite part of being on this team?
Having great relationships with teammates and coaches that will last far after I’m done playing football.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go, and who
do you take with you?
I would take my family and friends on a cruise to the Bahamas.
VYPE: If we gave you $1,000 and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, what
would you spend it on?
A big dinner at a nice restaurant with my friends and family.
VYPE:Do you participate in any community service projects?
Not at the moment.
